Executive & Production Assistant – Morning Programming

About the role

Fox News Media is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant/Production Assistant to support the Executive Vice President of Morning Programming and Program Development. This full‑time position offers a unique chance to learn the inner workings of a leading news organization while handling high‑visibility administrative and editorial tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a dynamic calendar of meetings and coordinate extensive travel arrangements.
• Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues, including editorial research for on‑air, radio, and podcast appearances.
• Assist with guest and show preparation, handling social‑media coordination as needed.
• Prepare expense reports, vacation requests, and other administrative documentation.
• Execute special projects and handle confidential information with discretion.

Required profile

• Strong administrative experience in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Ability to arrive by 4:30 AM and demonstrate a genuine interest in news.
• Professional demeanor, business‑like attitude, and high work ethic.
• Comfort with handling confidential matters and interacting with senior executives.

Required skills

• Excellent organizational and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Proficiency in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
• Experience with social‑media platforms for content coordination.
