Executive Personal Assistant & Household Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly trusted Executive Personal Assistant and Household Manager to support a busy two‑person household in the North Georgia mountains. The role blends strategic personal assistance with hands‑on household management, ensuring a peaceful, well‑organized home environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal calendars, appointments, travel logistics, and household schedules, coordinating with existing executive assistants.
• Oversee domestic vendors, mail, bills, expense reports, and maintain organized records.
• Provide logistical support for an elderly family member, including appointments and occasional transportation.
• Coordinate packing, wardrobe preparation, pet care, and home readiness for domestic and international travel.
• Handle airport drop‑offs/pick‑ups and occasional on‑site travel support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑level personal or household management supporting executives or private principals.
• Exceptional discretion, ability to handle confidential information, and willingness to sign NDA and non‑disparagement agreements.
• Authorized to work in the United States, with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and passport for travel.
• Comfortable working in a smoke‑free, fragrance‑free home with two dogs and navigating multiple levels.

What we offer

• Salary $105,000‑$130,000+ annually, commensurate with experience.
• Health insurance and three weeks of paid time off.
• Full‑time, permanent position with a Monday‑Friday schedule (approx. 10 am‑6 pm) and occasional evening/weekend flexibility.
