Executive Household Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Household Manager to oversee two properties in San Francisco and Woodside for a high‑net‑worth family. This part‑time position (20 hours per week) offers flexible scheduling between 10 am‑4 pm, Monday‑Friday, and involves coordinating household operations, staff, vendors, and special projects across both locations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain physical and digital organization systems (pantry, closets, Notion hub, Skylight calendar) and delegate tasks to staff.
• Manage cleaning teams, contractors, landscapers, and other vendors; oversee quotes, repairs, and property maintenance.
• Recruit, interview, and supervise additional staff or contractors for home projects, handling payroll and onboarding.
• Handle inventory, restocking of pantry and household supplies, and run errands including gift shopping and package handling.
• Support meal preparation, kitchen organization, and health‑focused recipe research.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance, fueling, cleaning, and manage registration and insurance.
• Lead special projects such as nursery build‑out, non‑toxic furniture swaps, and deep‑cleaning initiatives.

Required profile

• Seasoned professional with executive‑level support experience and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Highly organized, discreet, and able to communicate clearly with family and staff.
• Tech‑savvy, comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and productivity platforms (Notion, Skylight).
• Authorized to work in the United States, current vaccinations, and willing to sign an NDA.
• Reliable personal transportation for travel between San Francisco and Woodside.
