Personal Assistant & Household Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to lead day‑to‑day operations for a dynamic household in San Francisco. The principal maintains a busy professional and social calendar, hosting weekly dinner series for 20‑30 guests and traveling frequently. The assistant will ensure the home runs smoothly, coordinate events, and support the principal’s personal and professional needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the principal’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate personal travel and group logistics.
• Plan and execute weekly dinner series and larger gatherings, including vendor hiring, guest check‑in, décor, menus, and rentals.
• Oversee household organization, cleaning services, seasonal swaps, and maintenance requests.
• Maintain inventory, run errands, and manage household supply subscriptions.
• Supervise service providers such as chefs, cleaners, landscapers, and coordinate repairs.

Required profile

• Exceptionally detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they are voiced.
• Strong interpersonal skills with warmth, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
• Experience in personal assistance, luxury event planning, or concierge services.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize urgent tasks, and follow through to completion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
• Experience using AI research tools and quickly learning new software.

What we offer

• Salary $120,000‑$130,000 per year, based on experience.
