Executive Director, Transaction Manager – SCIB Lending Products

About the role

The SCIB Transaction Manager – SCIB Lending (including Leveraged Finance and Structured Finance) is an Executive Director individual‑contributor role within US SCIB COO Lending Solutions. You will manage complex lending transactions from approval through closing, booking, funding, settlement and lifecycle handoff, focusing on SCIB lending products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution coordination for complex Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, syndicated and bilateral transactions from pre‑approval through close.
• Ensure all approvals, KYC/AML, documentation, collateral and operational setups are complete before booking and funding.
• Coordinate amendments, waivers, extensions and other lifecycle events, routing required approvals and evidence.
• Support the build‑out of the US Transaction Management team by creating procedures, playbooks and training materials.
• Act as a trusted execution partner to Front Office, Advisory, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Finance and Operations, communicating status, risks and dependencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10‑15 years of experience in CIB lending execution, Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance or related transaction management.
• Deep knowledge of syndicated loan processes, credit approvals, loan documentation, KYC/AML and collateral management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex closings under time pressure and to train junior team members.
