Executive Assistant to Creative Director

About the role

We are seeking a sophisticated Executive Assistant to support our Creative Director/CEO at an experimental art, design, and fashion studio. The role blends professional coordination with personal logistics, requiring discretion and an eye for aesthetic detail.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary communication interface for the CEO across all channels and coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Prepare meeting materials, maintain project documentation, and manage relationships with artists, cultural partners, and industry contacts.
• Track progress across fashion, art, film, and music projects, and assist with event planning and execution logistics.
• Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, travel itineraries, household coordination, and personal errands.

Required profile

• 5+ years executive support experience, preferably in arts, design, or cultural institutions.
• Experience with galleries, museums, design firms, or cultural foundations is strongly preferred.
• Native English proficiency; Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese language skills are advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion with confidential matters, and ability to work under non‑traditional schedules.
