About the role
Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant who will also manage office operations. The role supports the CEO and other C‑suite executives while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendar, travel arrangements, and daily scheduling for C‑suite executives.
- Handle expense reporting and processing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client expectations, project deliverables, and deadlines.
- Oversee general office and facilities support, including supplies and office management.
- Participate in firm‑building activities such as training, event planning, and office management initiatives.
- Work onsite five days a week.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least five years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in private equity or financial services.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, written and presentation abilities.
