Event Producer – Recruiting & R&D

About the role

Cognition is an applied AI lab building end‑to‑end software agents. As an Event Producer for Recruiting and R&D, you will design and run events that bring people together, from candidate dinners and conference booths to off‑site retreats and internal programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute memorable recruiting and R&D events, including candidate dinners, conference activations, and pop‑up campus programs.
• Source creative venues and manage all logistical details, from vendor coordination to budget tracking.
• Partner with leadership and the Employee Experience team to ensure events are thoughtful, intentional, and aligned with company culture.
• Act as a Cognition ambassador at events to attract top talent.
• Track event spend, ROI, and gather feedback to continuously improve event effectiveness.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience planning events, programs, or community initiatives.
• Strong blend of creativity and operational execution – able to generate ideas and see them through.
• Passion for bringing people together and crafting meaningful shared experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
