Event & Lifestyle Coordinator (55+) – Orlando

About the role

The Lifestyle Coordinator supports daily community operations to boost resident retention. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, the role assists with move‑ins, creates and coordinates resident events, and contributes to sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, assist with tours, and ensure a welcoming office environment.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and follow up on service requests.
• Maintain guest suite, loading dock, and elevator schedules for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Prepare amenities for resident use and develop innovative community events and programs.
• Create monthly calendars, newsletters, flyers, and manage Resident Portal postings.
