Ethical Campaigns Coordinator (US)

About the role

Lush is seeking an Ethical Campaigns Coordinator for the United States to help shape public‑facing campaigns that reflect our commitment to human rights, animal rights and environmental stewardship. You will work closely with internal teams and external activist groups to amplify under‑represented voices and drive meaningful change.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and propose partnerships with progressive grassroots organisations, NGOs and movements across the US, including those Lush has not previously collaborated with.
• Develop creative campaign angles that spotlight under‑represented groups and issues.
• Maintain authentic, respectful relationships with external partners, activists and charities.
• Coordinate with the Canadian Ethical Campaign & Giving Coordinator and the US Giving Coordinator to share ideas and support joint projects.
• Engage Lush shop staff in campaign activities to keep store floors actively involved.

Required profile

• Active involvement in human rights, animal rights or environmental issues.
• Strong understanding of the US campaigning landscape and connections within activist networks.
• Passion for representing young activists, diversity and inclusion, and amplifying less‑heard voices.
• Demonstrated ability to shift public awareness, influence legislative change or inspire social action.
