Escrow Support Specialist

About the role
Independence Title Company, a subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is looking for an Escrow Support Specialist to provide training, onboarding, and operational support across its DFW area branches.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with systems training for new software platforms and onboarding tasks for new employees.
- Travel to DFW branch locations to support escrow staff as directed by management.
- Provide front‑end processing and post‑closing/funding support according to company standards.
- Communicate closely with escrow teams and clients to ensure timely, error‑free transaction closures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of escrow experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Experience with RamQuest system (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
