Escrow Officer – Lakeway Office

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our Lakeway Office in Austin, Texas. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure real‑estate transactions close accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with internal staff and clients to coordinate and close transactions.
• Process files, prepare CD’s/HUD’s, and complete all required closing documents.
• Obtain lender approvals, order updates, and confirm clearance to close.
• Build and service a portfolio of business, supporting team members proactively.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and participate in marketing activities to expand the customer base.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience as an Escrow Officer/Closer.
• Ability to obtain an Escrow Officer license if not already licensed.
• Strong work ethic, organized, and solution‑focused.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
