Escrow Officer – Austin Area

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Escrow Officer to join our Austin‑area offices. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure real‑estate transactions close accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with internal staff and clients to execute closings professionally and error‑free.
• Process files, prepare CD’s/HUD’s, and complete all required closing paperwork.
• Obtain lender approvals, order updates, and determine clearance to close.
• Build and service a portfolio of business, contributing to company growth.
• Support team members proactively and maintain respectful communication.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and participate in marketing activities to expand the customer base.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing, well‑organized with a strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance and conduct that positively represent the company.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must obtain an Escrow Officer license if not already licensed.
• Minimum three years of direct escrow or closing experience preferred.
• Confident knowledge of the closing process and ability to work on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
