ERP Solution Architect – Oracle Cloud Financials

About the role

The United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund seeks an experienced Information Systems Officer to lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials across its global pension administration platform. This position is based in the One Dag Hammarskjöld building in Manhattan and reports to the Chief of Section.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead ERP Solution Architect for Oracle Cloud Financials, covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Budgetary Control, Subledger Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
• Design end‑to‑end solution architecture, financial processes, data flows, controls, and reporting requirements.
• Develop and oversee inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, API‑led connectivity, and event‑driven patterns.
• Ensure secure, auditable connections with ITSM, HRSD, CSM platforms, the pension administration system, Oracle EBS, and other enterprise applications.
• Maintain alignment with Oracle ERP business processes and financial control standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading ERP solution design for large, multi‑currency financial environments.
• Ability to work within delegated authority and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
