Environmental Compliance Coordinator

About the role

The Environmental Compliance Coordinator will support Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) Americas in ensuring that producers meet Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations across the United States. Working closely with internal teams and client producers, you will monitor legislative changes, manage data, and submit compliant reports to EPR program operators.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and document evolving EPR legislative frameworks and program requirements.
• Assess producer obligations and develop compliance plans tailored to each client.
• Manage producer sales and product‑characterisation data, ensuring accuracy for reporting.
• Prepare and submit timely, compliant reports to EPR program operators.
• Coordinate client information needed for invoice processing and key contacts.
• Research and document regulations affecting growth areas across the U.S.
• Monitor collection network locations and operations against regulatory standards.
• Track other compliance deliverables such as performance reports and audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in environmental policy, sustainability, or related field.
• Post‑secondary education (e.g., degree or diploma) in a relevant discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex information for internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
