About the role

We are looking for a dependable, customer‑focused Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to support daily client communication, service scheduling and office coordination at Draftomat, a professional landscaping and grounds‑maintenance company.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and office communication.
• Schedule landscaping and maintenance service appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer and scheduling records.
• Coordinate with field teams regarding daily service updates.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to office operations as needed.

Required profile

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, dependable and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with scheduling software.
