Entry-Level Appointment Setter – $25/hr Base + Uncapped Commission

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to serve as the first point of contact for homeowners interested in roofing services. As an Appointment Setter you will generate leads, engage prospects, and schedule free roof inspections for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods and follow up on storm‑damage leads to introduce our roofing services.
• Conduct friendly, face‑to‑face conversations with homeowners and book complimentary roof inspections.
• Network with property managers and past customers to generate referrals.
• Log all leads and appointments in the company CRM (training provided).
• Meet weekly appointment targets and earn commission and bonuses for each booked inspection.

Required profile

• Outgoing, positive attitude and comfortable speaking with people face‑to‑face.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven and able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• No prior experience required – hustle and coachability are essential.
