Enterprise Solutions Engineer – West Coast (Remote)

About the role

Dash0 is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor for its largest customers and prospects. This US‑based remote position focuses on designing, demonstrating, and validating observability solutions that leverage OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable observability solutions for enterprise environments.
• Translate complex customer requirements into maintainable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute Proofs of Concept that showcase Dash0’s technical differentiators.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations to engineering and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide architecture guidance, best practices, and reusable demo environments.
• Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap based on technical insights.

Required profile

• Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and observability pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
