Enterprise Sales Engineer, Retail

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Engineer to join our Retail team and drive technical pre‑sales engagements with large consumer brands. You will act as the trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, translating business needs into AI‑powered solutions that boost revenue and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end technical pre‑sales process, including scoping use cases, designing demos, leading architecture reviews and articulating business value.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to shape go‑to‑market strategy and continuously improve our AI agents based on customer feedback.
• Lead and support customers from the earliest conversations, anticipating needs and ensuring our platform delivers measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or a customer‑facing technical sales role.
• Proven track record of building and presenting demos, and guiding enterprise customers through complex sales cycles.
• Strong ability to connect business problems with technical solutions and explain them to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for discovery, solution design, demo creation and technical proposals, while taking full ownership of the final deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
