Enterprise Sales Engineer (Brazilian Portuguese speaking)

About the role

Join Sierra as an Enterprise Sales Engineer focused on Brazilian Portuguese‑speaking markets. You will act as the technical bridge between our AI platform and enterprise customers, driving value throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end technical pre‑sales process, including scoping use cases, designing and demoing the platform, and leading architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to drive go‑to‑market initiatives and feed customer insights into product development.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, anticipating needs and articulating business value throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
• 5‑7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer‑facing technical sales.
• Proven track record leading enterprise sales processes and building demos for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• AI tools for discovery, solution design, demo and prototype building.
• Demo building and presentation.
• Solution design and technical proposal creation.
• Code translation and mapping technical logic to product requirements.
