Enterprise Business Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

NPS Prism, a cloud‑based customer‑experience benchmarking platform owned by Bain & Company, is looking for a remote Enterprise Business Development Representative. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will help build a strategic, high‑value enterprise sales pipeline across key industries.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prioritize strategic target accounts, identifying executives and buying‑committee members.
• Develop personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, video and other channels.
• Generate qualified conversations, schedule enterprise meetings and create Sales Accepted Opportunities.
• Build concise account briefs and value hypotheses for priority prospects.
• Partner with the Director of Sales on executive outreach, discovery preparation and multi‑threading.
• Collaborate with Client Engagement, Marketing, RevOps and Bain teams to add industry expertise to the sales process.
• Maintain accurate account, contact and activity data in HubSpot.
• Capture prospect feedback and market intelligence to refine messaging.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in enterprise business development, enterprise sales, account development, consulting, or customer‑insights roles.
• Demonstrated ability to research accounts, identify stakeholders and craft strategic outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• HubSpot (CRM) proficiency.
