About the role
The Enterprise Account Manager is an individual contributor responsible for driving revenue growth within a dedicated portfolio of high‑potential enterprise accounts across the AEC sector. The role focuses on expanding Chaos’s footprint within existing accounts through strategic upsell, cross‑sell, and solution adoption while building deep, long‑term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Owns end‑to‑end growth strategy for a select portfolio of high‑potential AEC accounts, driving ARR through strategic upsell, cross‑sell and solution adoption.
- Cultivates senior‑level relationships globally, aligning Chaos solutions with client business objectives and long‑term vision.
- Creates and presents ROI and business value analyses to justify significant new investments in the Chaos ecosystem.
- Leads negotiation and closing of complex, multi‑year expansion deals, navigating diverse procurement and legal processes of large AEC firms.
- Identifies workflow transformation opportunities and positions Chaos as integral to design and visualization processes.
- Develops and manages a robust long‑term sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting for expansion revenue.
Required profile
- At least 5 years of enterprise sales, strategic account management or business development experience.
- Consistently exceeded expansion and net‑new revenue targets in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
- Proven track record managing and growing large enterprise accounts with clear ownership of upsell and cross‑sell outcomes.
- Experience negotiating and closing multi‑year enterprise contracts, including development of executive‑level business cases.
Required skills
- Ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals with commercial sharpness and discipline.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with C‑level and senior executives.
- Data‑driven account planning and pipeline strategy development.
- Excellent communication of technical capabilities into clear business value narratives.
- High autonomy, self‑discipline and accurate interpretation of sales data and market signals.
