Enterprise Account Executive (Healthcare SaaS)

About the role

HelloPatient is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition across healthcare organizations nationwide. You will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for Mia, an AI‑powered communication platform that automates high‑volume patient conversations via phone, SMS and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close.
• Conduct structured discovery, deliver tailored product demos, and lead pricing discussions with multi‑stakeholder buying groups (operations, finance, executive leadership).
• Develop and execute outbound strategies to penetrate target healthcare systems and build account penetration plans for multi‑location groups.
• Generate pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals and strategic prospecting, moving pilots to enterprise‑wide expansions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot, consistently exceed revenue targets in a commission‑driven environment.
• Partner with sales leadership, product, and implementation teams to refine messaging, share customer feedback and help shape repeatable go‑to‑market processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably with mid‑market or enterprise deals ($60K+ ACV).
• Demonstrated record of meeting or surpassing quota and a strong hunter mentality.
• Experience navigating multi‑threaded sales cycles and expanding pilot engagements into enterprise‑wide contracts.
• High ownership, self‑direction and comfort working in an early‑stage startup environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot for pipeline management and forecasting.
