Enrollment Specialist / Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Ceresti Health is looking for compassionate Enrollment Specialists to be the first point of contact for family caregivers eligible for the Caregiver Support Program. This remote, mission‑driven role blends outbound outreach, program education, and enrollment coordination to help families access critical support.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to eligible caregivers, assess needs, and clearly explain program benefits.
• Secure caregiver agreement, guide them through enrollment steps, and document all interactions in the CRM.
• Manage lead queues, ensure timely follow‑up, and coordinate handoffs to coaches and operations teams.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance, participate in team huddles, and share insights to improve scripts and workflows.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker eligible to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable conducting frequent phone conversations in a fully remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Resilient, empathetic, and able to handle rejection while maintaining caregiver dignity.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems to log calls, notes, and outcomes.
• Familiarity with HIPAA‑compliant or regulated environments.
• Proficiency with Mac/iOS platforms.
