About the role
The Grow@BASF Engineering Internship offers undergraduate students a 12‑week, field‑based experience across multiple U.S. locations, supporting BASF’s Agricultural Solutions division. Interns work alongside experienced engineers on real‑world projects that impact operations, processes, and technology.
Key responsibilities
- Support engineering projects and day‑to‑day technical activities.
- Collect, organize, and analyze technical or operational data.
- Identify opportunities for process, productivity, quality, or efficiency improvements.
- Assist in the development, evaluation, and implementation of engineering solutions.
- Participate in safety, operational, and project‑related activities.
Required profile
- Highly motivated undergraduate student pursuing an engineering degree.
- Willingness to be mobile and work at various BASF sites in the United States.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
