About the role

Artemis Connection seeks experienced strategy consultants to serve as Engagement Managers, leading full‑cycle consulting engagements for a variety of clients. The role offers flexibility in location and hours, allowing you to work remotely and choose a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end project delivery, from pre‑project preparation and proposal support to final client recommendations.
Manage teams of 1‑6 consultants, providing coaching, assigning work, and ensuring on‑budget, on‑time delivery.
Build and maintain senior client relationships, facilitate workshops, and identify follow‑on opportunities.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of consulting experience at a top‑tier firm or comparable in‑house strategy role.
Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes for clients and coaching project teams.
Strong project‑management and communication skills, with ability to thrive in a remote environment.

Required skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
