Enablement Tooling Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Enablement Tooling Lead to define and execute our enablement tooling strategy during a period of rapid growth. This contract position works closely with product and technical teams to ensure every new tool rollout includes robust training, change management, and field adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with technical and product teams to support enablement for major tooling initiatives such as telephony, workflow, and AI‑driven tools.
• Lead end‑to‑end enablement for tool rollouts, including training programs, field readiness plans, and change‑management strategies.
• Serve as the primary enablement contact for technical stakeholders, embedding enablement across the full tool lifecycle.
• Assess and optimize existing enablement platforms, identifying quick wins to improve adoption and content accessibility.
• Drive standardization across enablement tools and workflows.
• Activate AI capabilities within enablement tools and operationalize real‑time insights for the field.
• Support feedback loops that connect field performance to tooling improvements.
• Improve knowledge and content systems to ensure discoverability and relevance.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related tooling roles.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with technical and product teams.
• Strong execution and project‑management skills in technical environments.
• Comfortable working with tool integrations, workflows, and data.

Required skills

• Experience with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Gong, or similar LMS/content tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered enablement solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with telephony, workflow, and AI‑driven tools.

What we offer

• Contract duration from October 13 2026 to approximately May 1 2027 (≈7 months).
• Remote work within the United States.
• Full‑time schedule, 40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday.
• Pay rate $85‑$100 per hour, based on experience.
