About the role

Littler Mendelson is seeking an attorney with at least eight years of employment litigation experience to join its nationally recognized team. This full‑time, work‑from‑home position focuses exclusively on Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) matters and requires a strong commitment to client service and innovative use of technology.

Key responsibilities

• Handle employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) cases exclusively on a full‑time, remote basis.
• Engage regularly with clients, fellow attorneys, firm staff, and third parties, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of employment litigation experience.
• Active license to practice law in the state of residence (eligible states listed).
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Willingness to leverage AI‑driven and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and client service.
