About the role
We are partnering with a highly regarded regional firm seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their team. This role offers a clear pathway towards an Associate position and is ideal for professionals eager to advance within a supportive, people‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of employment law.
- Handle employment‑related cases and client enquiries autonomously.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
- Strong knowledge of all areas of employment legislation.
- Ability to work independently and make confident decisions.

What we offer
- Competitive salary between £44,000 and £56,000 per year.
- 25 days holiday plus Christmas Day.
