About the role
We are seeking an Embedded Systems Engineer to develop the firmware that powers our autonomous kinetic turret, handling motor control, safety interlocks and testing. The position is full‑time, onsite at our Minden, Nevada office, with frequent travel to test ranges across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Ship production‑grade firmware for motor control, safety protocols and interlocks.
- Design and implement testing frameworks to validate firmware performance and reliability.
Required profile
- Proven experience shipping production firmware on ARM‑class microcontrollers.
- Demonstrated ability to write drivers for motors, sensors or other peripherals.
Required skills
- ARM microcontroller development.
- Motor driver development.
- Sensor and peripheral driver development.
- C++ programming.
