Email Marketing & Automation Manager

About the role

Discovery Land Company is looking for an Email Marketing & Automation Manager to lead its email communications strategy from its Beverly Hills office. The role combines technical ownership of the Eloqua platform with strategic planning to deliver data‑driven, personalized campaigns that support real‑estate and member‑facing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the organization’s email marketing infrastructure within Oracle Eloqua.
• Establish and enforce best practices for QA, approval workflows, template governance, design standards, segmentation, deployment, and deliverability monitoring.
• Build scalable email templates, campaign frameworks, and automated workflows.
• Create documentation and processes that improve operational efficiency across marketing teams.
• Develop and execute automated prospecting and drip campaigns based on user behavior.
• Implement behavioral targeting and personalized follow‑up communications.
• Partner with real‑estate, member‑facing, and marketing teams to design intelligent lead‑nurturing journeys.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead A/B testing initiatives, and continuously optimize open, click‑through, and conversion rates.
• Produce centralized reporting dashboards that combine email, web, and digital channel metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing email marketing programs at a senior level.
• Deep expertise with Oracle Eloqua and a track record of building scalable automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
