About the role
This 12‑week internship in Irvine, CA offers hands‑on experience in supply chain for electrophysiology products. You will work alongside engineers and supply‑chain professionals on new‑product development, lifecycle management and process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Assist engineers with lab testing, drawing updates, data collection, statistical analysis, assembly inspection and tooling measurement.
- Support supply‑chain optimization for new and existing products, including root‑cause analysis, corrective actions and cost‑reduction initiatives.
- Participate in multi‑functional team meetings, generate minutes and help keep projects on schedule.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or fifth‑year master’s in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field (expected graduation Dec 2027 – May 2029).
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship.
Required skills
- Statistical analysis knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
