Electronic Publisher

About the role

Amentum is hiring an Electronic Publisher to process, lay out, publish and disseminate a wide variety of intelligence products through internal and external websites and applications. The role provides professional finished intelligence processing, content layout, publishing and dissemination services.

Key responsibilities

• Create HTML and other versions of products, post them to multiple electronic systems and make sure customers have access.
• Manage web content on classified websites, post products to the right networks, decide which products go to which networks, and archive copies in the appropriate storage areas.
• Ensure electronic products are properly classified and free of typos, errors and hidden character sets.
• Respond to taskers to identify and print products released to specific customer sets and IC collaboration meetings.
• Keep all content on web delivery portals up to date as required by tasks or requirements.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree and 12+ years of experience, or a Master's degree and 10+ years, or a PhD with 7+ years, or no Bachelor's degree and 16+ years of experience.
• TS/SCI security clearance with Poly level is required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe InDesign.
• Expert knowledge of classification guidelines, web posting, HTML and meta-tagging.
• Experience with classified IC dissemination platforms, information sharing rules, and the Intelligence Community Markings System Register and Manual Standards.
