Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 4 – 2nd Shift

About the role

The Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 4 provides day‑to‑day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance for material handling equipment at the Minden, NV site. This is a 2nd‑shift position (5 pm – 3:30 am, Monday‑Thursday) with occasional overtime and weekend work.

Key responsibilities

• Repair and maintain material handling equipment, including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, and lubrication.
• Perform preventative maintenance routines, document work, and follow established procedures.
• Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot circuitry and resolve semi‑complex problems.
• Create and close work orders in the asset management system, recording labor hours, parts used, and equipment details.
• Locate and track spare parts, respond to service calls, and ensure equipment meets specifications.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lb, push/pull dollies up to 100 lb, and stand/walk 10–12 hours per shift.
• Physical ability to bend, stretch, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions (dust, noise, temperature extremes).
• Flexibility to cover multiple shifts and holiday hours as needed.
