About the role
Nestlé is seeking an Electrical & Automation Technician for its Medford manufacturing facility. The role supports production of household pizza brands on a 2nd‑shift schedule, performing electrical troubleshooting, calibration and preventive maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily start‑up electrical checklists, update wiring prints and create/ improve preventive maintenance plans.
- Participate in annual plant shutdowns, rebuild contactors, and install or remove equipment.
- Calibrate flow meters, RTDs, thermocouples, pressure sensors and scales, documenting results.
- Work closely with equipment operators and line team leaders to troubleshoot emergency equipment failures.
- Maintain compliance with plant safety, GMP regulations and housekeeping standards.
Required profile
- Associate degree in Industrial Electrical, Automation Systems Technology or equivalent.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to read technical documentation.
- Experience with PLC, servo and safety‑relay troubleshooting.
- Wisconsin state electrical license and calibration certification may be required.

- Calibration equipment: flow meters, RTDs, thermocouples, pressure sensors, scales, calibration tester, dry blocks
- Testing devices: multimeter, oscilloscope, power logger, IR camera

- Starting hourly pay $34.05 with 2nd‑shift differential ($1.50) and 3rd‑shift differential ($3.00).
