Education Recruiter – Remote (Brandon, MS)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Education Recruiter to design, develop, and implement recruiting strategies that meet fulfillment expectations. This virtual position supports clients, community outreach, and educational centers while handling full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing recruiting strategies to achieve hiring goals.
• Act as a Kelly brand ambassador by building relationships with clients, community organizations, and educational institutions.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for the assigned region.
• Attend scheduled job fairs, recruiting events, and other talent‑focused activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or human resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Valid United States driver’s license in good standing.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % locally for hiring and recruiting events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
