E‑Commerce Operations Associate

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Operator to efficiently process online orders in our Henderson distribution center. The role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining warehouse standards and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments, place units into storage bins, and pick orders according to SOPs and WMS directives.
• Perform audits, count inventory, and handle exception functions for MTUs and storage bins.
• Operate autobaggers, powered equipment, and manage damaged units and cardboard disposal.
• Maintain clean work areas, complete required paperwork, and support special projects as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lb occasionally and 50 lb frequently, stand for long periods, and navigate stairs.
• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and adherence to safety and Lean methodologies.

Required skills

• Operation of RF handheld scanner and PC.
• Proficiency with Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ability to learn and become proficient with scanner interfaces and related software.
