EBS HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Techno‑Functional Consultant specialized in Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) Human Capital Management to join its delivery team in Richardson, Texas. The role focuses on the Time and Labor and Payroll modules within the Oracle EBS R12.2.x suite, supporting clients through implementation and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively address resource gaps to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Facilitate coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders through regular meetings, sprints, and project phases.
• Support technical teams in development, integration, and customization of enterprise application packages, adhering to project requirements.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage risks proactively, build collaborative relationships, and balance project economics with strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Experience with Oracle eBS functional Time and Labor and Payroll modules.
• Oracle functional expertise within services organizations.
• Implementation experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite.
• At least two to three full life‑cycle implementations and support experience in Oracle EBS HRMS (Time & Labor, Payroll, Core HR).
