Early Career Investment Risk Internship

About the role

Join Invesco’s Investment Risk Summer Internship and work alongside a talented team of investment professionals for nine weeks starting June 2027. This early‑career program offers hands‑on exposure to risk analysis, portfolio monitoring, and industry research within a global investment firm.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on assigned risk‑related tasks and initiatives.
• Attend team meetings, complete projects on schedule, and present findings to management.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist senior investment risk analysts in gathering and analyzing data to provide insights for various loan strategies.
• Research industry trends, analyze portfolio constituent financial metrics, and evaluate market data.
• Participate in training sessions, networking events, and volunteer activities.
• Join regular meetings to understand top‑down macro investment processes and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Current undergraduate or graduate student with strong analytical interest in investments and risk management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn, seek feedback, and develop professional skills.
