About the role

Join Invesco’s Fundamental Equities COO Office for a 9‑week summer internship, gaining hands‑on exposure to the operational backbone that supports a $310 bn portfolio. You will work alongside teams in operations, technology, and strategy, contributing to the smooth functioning of the investment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Operations and Governance team in identifying and solving operational challenges, supporting meetings and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with the Technology and AI group to explore, prototype, and test new Copilot and agentic tooling opportunities.
• Support Strategy and Planning activities through research, benchmarking, and data analysis.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Strong interest in finance, investments, and operational processes.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
