DualEstate™ Agent – Real Estate Sales + Property Management

About the role

The DualEstate™ Agent is a hybrid real‑estate professional who combines sales and property‑management activities to build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities. You will serve homeowners, investors, landlords and tenants across the Tucson metro area.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, consult and convert buyers, sellers and investors using RGroup systems, including buyer consultations, listing presentations, CMAs and negotiations.
• Convert landlord and investor conversations into signed management agreements, support leasing activities and drive tenant renewals.
• Execute weekly prospecting targets, create marketing content with company tools and nurture community and partner relationships.
• Follow Arizona brokerage compliance, maintain accurate CRM notes and coordinate transaction flow with brokerage operations.

Required profile

• Active Arizona Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one.
• Strong phone skills, professional written and verbal communication, and willingness to follow defined processes.
• Reliable transportation for property showings in the Tucson metro.
• Preferred: property‑management exposure, 1+ year real‑estate sales or high‑volume customer‑service experience, bilingual English/Spanish.
