Dual-Site Maintenance Supervisor – Villas

About the role

The Dual‑Site Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Villas at Monterosso community, including grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time position works across two sites in the San Ramon and San Leandro areas.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work on building systems, grounds and amenities.
• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and complete repairs according to company policies.
• Conduct routine upkeep and preventative maintenance to maintain community standards.
• Participate in a bi‑weekly on‑call rotation to address after‑hours emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across two sites.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and resident satisfaction.
