Dual Enrollment Admissions Assistant – Hall Campus

About the role

The Dual Enrollment Admissions Assistant provides front‑line administrative support for the Dual Enrollment program at Lanier Technical College’s Hall Campus. You will serve prospective and current students, high‑school partners, and internal staff by delivering accurate information and ensuring smooth enrollment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via email and phone about program offerings, admissions requirements, registration, deadlines and events.
• Maintain regular communication with high‑school counselors, sharing updates, schedules and program materials.
• Process new student applications, enter placement scores, transcripts and funding documentation.
• Track and verify lawful presence, Selective Service and GAfutures requirements.
• Coordinate textbook distribution, graduation cords and student orientation logistics.
• Create and update marketing and outreach materials using Canva.
• Prepare and distribute status reports to high‑school partners, including acceptance, withdrawals and academic standing.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent plus at least one year of related work experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• Demonstrated proficiency with computers and standard office software.

Required skills

• Canva for creating marketing materials.
• Experience with a student information system such as Banner.
• Google Drive for file sharing and collaboration.
