Drywall Foreman

About the role

CASEY Construction Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Drywall Foreman to lead commercial drywall installation projects in Richmond. The role involves managing site activities from mobilization through punch‑list completion while ensuring quality and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and layout plans according to drawings.
• Construct projects from drawing specifications, including walls, ceilings, and top‑out.
• Perform all steps of drywall hanging as part of a crew.
• Conduct quality control and oversee the project from mobilization to punch list.
• Coordinate with the general contractor and other subcontractors to meet scheduled deadlines.
• Identify and resolve plan conflicts and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in commercial interior drywall installation.
• OSHA 30 certification required within the first three months of employment.
• Ability to work independently on job sites while wearing required PPE.

Required skills

• Proficiency with all drywall tools and materials.
• Ability to read and apply layout drawings.
• Knowledge of drywall hanging techniques for walls, ceilings, and top‑out.

• Hourly wage ranging from $29.00 to $40.00 based on skills, training, and experience.
