About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Documentation Specialist to join our remote team in the United States. This entry‑level position focuses on creating, editing, and maintaining technical and process documentation for internal and external audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and format internal and external documentation according to company style guidelines.
- Interview subject‑matter experts to collect accurate information for documentation.
- Maintain and update existing documents, ensuring consistency and version control.
- Organise documentation libraries and knowledge‑base articles.
- Support onboarding of documentation tools, templates, and archiving of outdated content.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in English, Communications, or a related field (entry‑level).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace with the ability to learn new software tools.
- Strong written communication, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
