Doctor's Technician

About the role

As a Doctor’s Technician at Stanton Optical you will be the meaningful first touchpoint for patients visiting the store, delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the seamless flow between clinical and retail teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients visiting the store.
• Serve as the first point of contact, guiding patients through the optical experience.
• Coordinate the flow between the clinical services team and the retail team to ensure seamless transitions.
• Assist with product selection and facilitate sales of eyewear and related accessories.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Required profile

• Passion for helping others and improving patient experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and retail staff.
• Willingness to learn about optical products and services.
