About the role

The Division Associate joins Invesco’s Internal Sales Desk to nurture existing intermediary relationships and drive new client acquisition. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career sales professionals seeking a foothold in asset management.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the digital footprint with bi‑weekly or monthly targeted content campaigns using Salesloft.
  • Prepare and deliver client communications, including digital outreach, webinar coordination, and follow‑up activities.
  • Analyze sales trends across broker/dealer firms and advisors using CRM data and external tools.
  • Own client engagement outreach by coordinating lead campaigns with data scientists, marketing, and the Wealth Management Platform team.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls, both inbound and outbound, to advance the client journey and support revenue growth.

Required profile

  • Recent college graduate or early‑career professional with strong interest in financial services.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
