About the role

Under supervision, the incumbent performs complex administrative duties and conducts statistical, financial, and operational data analysis to support management decision‑making for the Department of Juvenile Justice in Tucker, GA.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate financial, personnel, product, market, and operational research to support strategic planning.
• Develop economic, demographic, business, and sociological forecasts for planning and strategy development.
• Maintain positive relationships with the local business community, internal and external agency customers, and related contacts.
• Monitor business operations, assess service quality, and recommend improvements.
• Gather, compile, and analyze data, preparing reports of findings and analysis for management.

Required profile

• Associate degree in business or related field and one year of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Five years of experience in administrative and operations support (preferred).
