Disposition Marketing & Lead Management Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Disposition Marketing & Lead Management Assistant to support the marketing of our investment properties and manage communication with prospective cash buyers. This remote, full-time position focuses on property marketing, lead intake, follow-up, and coordination rather than cold-calling or closing.

Key responsibilities

• Create professional property marketing flyers using Canva and organize photos, descriptions, pricing, and investment information.
• Assist with SMS marketing campaigns and prepare new properties for distribution to our cash-buyer database.
• Respond quickly to investor inquiries via SMS and written communication, building rapport and qualifying interest.
• Gather buyer preferences, assess seriousness, and escalate qualified leads to the Disposition Closer or management team.
• Maintain accurate notes, buyer information, and next steps in our CRM system.
• Coordinate property showings and ensure smooth handoff of serious buyers.

Required profile

• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills, especially via SMS.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Canva (or similar design software) for creating marketing materials.
• Experience with CRM platforms for lead management.
• Familiarity with SMS marketing tools.
