Dispatcher – Customer Service & Field Coordination

About the role

Join a family‑owned company with over 50 years of service in Florida as a Dispatcher. You will be the central communication hub, linking customers with field technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently dispatch technicians and schedule jobs using ServiceTitan.
• Answer incoming calls, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor job progress, relay updates, and handle emergency situations calmly.
• Serve as the primary communication link between customers and field staff.

Required profile

• Previous dispatcher experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Dependable, punctual, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ServiceTitan (CRM) or similar dispatch software.
• Data entry and fast typing skills.
